We have amassed a fantastically talented group of people from around the country to partner with.  This vast array of amazing creative talent includes brilliant copywriters who enjoy Wisconsin bratwurst  while crafting devastating copy, Arizona video professionals who brave the desert to capture film, California based illustrators, New York PR people, Colorado marketing strategists and multi-national web development teams. We scale to fit our clients’ needs and the needs of the work. And we truly love the work we do.

ABOUT ERIC BOELTS

Eric Boelts is the current principal and owner of Brain Bolts and the past principal and co-founder of Boelts Bros. He has a BFA in graphic design and an MBA in entrepreneurship and marketing - both from the University of Arizona. Eric’s passion for teaching blended with his interest in the intersection of art and business in the world of design has led him to lecture at universities and colleges around the country. Eric has garnered hundreds of awards in numerous design competitions throughout the world including the Czech Republic, Bolivia, Mexico, England, Canada, Russia, Poland and the USA. Eric is a member of many design and marketing organizations, serves as a board member for agencies and companies and has judged design competitions internationally and domestically. Eric currently resides in Boulder, Colorado and is married with two children and the world's smallest dogs. He runs long distances, paints with watercolor, is addicted to basketball and can both draw with a pencil and use a spreadsheet.

ABOUT ANDRIA MARSHALL

Andria provides marketing, creative, strategy, design, production, brand experience, community outreach and partner procurement to the Brain Bolts team. Andria has taken a circuitous route to arrive at what she believes is a wonderful and exciting mix of learned and innate talents. She has spent most of her career as a successful creative in cahoots with advertising agencies and cable channels. Andria’s role in projects is working with the team to distill all of the information and identify key areas for connection and engagement. Additionally, Andria has a keen marketing sense and continually uses innovative ways to communicate and foster participation whether it be with strategic partners or stakeholders. .

ABOUT SCOTT DEMENTER

Scott DeMenter is a creative copywriter. With over 20 years of writing experience under his typing fingers, he has worked on campaigns across a broad spectrum of industries, including HealthONE and Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Medical Center for the health care industry, Thrush Aircraft and the Experimental Aircraft Association for the aviation industry, Avemco and Versant for the insurance industry, and Accuer and Sypris for the tech industry. Scott combines high-concept ideas with disciplined marketing principles to deliver copy that builds brands, motivates consumers and moves the proverbial needle. He currently resides in Neenah, Wisconsin, which makes him a lifelong a connoisseur of the finer things, such as brats, beer and cheese.

ABOUT BRUCE BARNHART

Bruce Barnhart is a critical member of the Brain Bolts team. He has a BFA in graphic design from the Colorado State University. Bruce has been a lecturer at Montana State University and has worked at Sterling Rice Group as a Senior Designer. Bruce’s passion for design and illustration has allowed him to work on a wide range of projects in a range of media including: print, web, digital, social, advertising, environmental, packaging, and trade shows. He has worked with clients ranging from the National Almond Board and Waterpik to the Montana Governor’s office and Yellowstone National Park. Bruce lives in Bozeman Montana with his wife Laurie and his furry assistant Walter the beagle mix.
